The Zastava M76 is a Serbian semi-automatic sniper rifle that was designed in 1975 and entered service in 1976 by the Yugoslavian army. The M76 is manufactured by Zastava. The M76 is 44.7 inches and uses a German 7.92×57mm Mauser.

Combat history

During the 1990s Yugoslav Wars the former Yugoslavian countries used the Zastava M76 for sniping and used the Zastava M70 for fighting on land. Also in the Kosovo War, the army of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia used M76s against the Kosovo Liberation Army and some of these M76s were also captured by the Kosovo Liberation Army.
