The Spasov SMG (Спасов картечен пистолет) was a submachine gun of Bulgarian origin designed by Hristo Spasov. The weapon was chambered in the 9x19mm round and fed from a 30 round magazine.
Main variant. Chambered in both 9x19mm and 7.62x25mm. Fires at a rate of 600 rounds per minute.
A rare, triple-barreled variant known as the "Trigun", also existed. It was chambered in the 9x19mm round and had a very high rate of fire, at 1500 to 3000 rounds per minute. An example can be seen at the Sofia military museum today.
