The L115A3 is the standard issue sniper rifle of the British Military, based on the AI L96A1 chambered for .338 Lapua Magnum and comes issued with a Harris bipod, silencer, and x3-x12 x 50 Schmidt & Bender scope. It is the most expensive sniper weapon system that the British Army have bought into.

Corporal of the Horse Harrison of the British Army achieved the longest recorded shot with this weapon at 8,120 feet, 2706 yards, or 1.54 miles beating Rob Furlong of the Canadian Army shot at 2,657 yd (7971 feet).
