The Istiglal anti-materiel rifle (Azerbaijani for "Independence") is an Azerbaijani anti-materiel rifle.
The weapon was designed in 2008, but was only displayed to the public the following year during IDEX 09.
The rifle can be disassembled into two parts for easy storage. It is claimed that the weapon is able to fire in extreme weather conditions, from -50℃ (-58℉) to 50℃ (122℉).
