The VHS-2 is a bullpup assault rifle designed and manufactured by Croatian firearms company HS-Produkt.
The VHS-2 is an updated version of the VHS assault rifle. It has an improved fire selector, ambidextrous ejection ports and a four-piece adjustable stock. It no longer uses standard STANAG magazines, instead using transparent plastic magazines instead. It was unveiled to the public in April 2013, and will likely see service with the Croatian Army. The U.S. Department of Defence ordered 500 of these rifles in 2013.
