The Franchi mod. 641 was an assault rifle designed by Italian firearms manufacturer Franchi SpA in collaboration with German company Heckler & Koch.

The Franchi M641 was a joint development between Franchi and H&K. Franchi, a company known for producing sporting and combat shotguns, wanted to submit a design to Italian rifle trials in the early 1980s, but had scarce time or experience to design an assault rifle from scratch; instead, they sought assistance from H&K. The result was a modified H&K G41 assault rifle that was gas-operated and aesthetically tweaked. The rifle was submitted to trials but rejected in favor of Beretta's AR70/90.
