The Fittipaldi machine gun is a machine gun of Argentine origin. The weapon was invented by Rafael Fittipaldi (registered under the 1,099,245 patent of 09.06.1914). The prototype is on display in Room XVI "Freedom Walk" from the Museum of Arms of the Nation, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The Fittipaldi machine gun is a belt fed recoil operated firearm. It uses the bolt and barrel from the Mauser Model 1891 rifle and the same become rectilinear. The machine gun had a water jacket for cooling, in a way that covered the entire canyon (with external an appearance similar to the Lewis gun's cooling jacket). Fed by disintegrating tapes and was not based on a traditional tripod.
