Bipod

A bipod is a stand similar to that of a tripod, only with two legs instead of three. They are commonly used with long-barreled guns and firearms, (including sniper rifles) as well as with light machine guns, to give the wielder more of a secure grip on the gun, and as support, while it's firing.
